Returns and Refunds

You can return any unused items (in their original condition and packaging) within 14 days of receiving your order, for a full refund. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items.

If you wish to return an item, please email us with the details of your return request to: info@millscountrystore.com

Return your parcel using your preferred method, including your contact details and proof of purchase, to the following address:

Please be aware that we don’t offer free returns. Postage is paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Mills Country Store. 

Keep your proof of return until you receive confirmation that you have been refunded. Once your return is received and checked, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and if your refund has been approved,  If approved, you will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You can also return items in person to our store.

Gift vouchers are non-returnable.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
